Hi, I’m Sia! I earned my diploma from Centennial College’s Music Industry Arts and Performance program and have been teaching music since 2023. My goal as a teacher is to make learning fun, engaging, and personally meaningful for each student. I customize my curriculum to each student’s needs and interests, using songs they’re genuinely excited about to help them build strong musical foundations and confidence along the way. I’m the lead vocalist in both a grunge band and a death metal band, and I’ve had the opportunity to perform at venues such as Hugh’s Room, Tranzac, and The Painted Lady. When I’m not teaching or performing, I enjoy playing and watching sports, reading, stargazing, and collecting cool rocks. I find inspiration in a wide range of creative and curious pursuits.
