Hi, I'm Darren, a multi-instrumentalist with over 40 years of performing and recording experience and a Bachelor's degree in Music from Carleton University. I've been teaching guitar and bass since 2025, and I strive to create a relaxed, fun environment tailored to each student's goals through personalised lesson plans. I enjoy exploring new musical ideas and the technology that supports our creative journeys, and I'm comfortable working with students of all ages, from young children to adults. As an avid traveller, I'm continually drawn to new sounds and the history behind the instruments that create them, and I bring those experiences into every lesson. I look forward to discussing your goals and aspirations!
