Hello! I’m Christopher, and I started learning guitar and bass in 1996, beginning with private in-home tutors and continuing with music classes at the high school and university level. Since 2008, I’ve been a professional educator and instructor, teaching a wide variety of classes in film and other art forms. I believe that fostering creative self-expression is key to developing a healthy individual, and I create a personalized approach that helps the student achieve their own unique goals. I have experience both playing and singing with local bands, and can incorporate beginner vocal techniques into instrument lessons. In addition to being a musician, I am an independent filmmaker and enjoy composing original scores for my short films, and a dog dad to a cocker spaniel named Stanley.
